A wonderful mini-documentary made about the Peres Center for Peace by A World of Football. This is how they described the film;
In a very sensitive political context, the Peres Center for Peace Football School encourages reconciliation between Palestinian and Israeli children from disadvantaged communities through a program of sport training, peace education and social activities. This program imparts the values of peace and understanding, encourages acceptance of cultural differences and breaks down stereotypes!
I couldn’t agree more. That is what we are going all out for. That is why we are doing this. Inspiring stuff.

As I was traveling down Hwy 70 in Goldsboro this mornnig I saw three young men walking down the side of the road with soccer balls at foot wearing reflective vest smiling and joking. My curiosity gave in and I was forced to turn around and ask what was going on. As a former player and current Coach I’m sure glad I stopped to ask.They were all quite high spirited with three soccer balls that already looked as if they had been kicked a thousand miles and shoes that looked as if they had walked more. These three young men were so happy to have me stop so they could inform me how this came about and why they are doing this. It was very inspiring to see how three very unique young men,from quite different backgrounds and religious beliefs, could find one common thing to bring them all together.From one soccer family to another best wishes to you guys on your travels & keep on kicking!!!
